Should I put some weld on the bottom on the transom or try moving my battery to the front. What do you guys running a 1846 gtr rig do to fix this problem. |

I would not put wedges on the bottom slowed mine down move battery to the front or put more weight in the bow ... Running solo mine will bounce but never when someone is in the bow |

yeah the only weight I have in the back is me and the battery. I have Hoyt heads and a gutted stock exhaust and by myself I cant get it to stop bouncing. Today I had one passenger had to have him sit all the way up front to make it ride flat. With the two of us about 400lbs our guns, decoys, ice chest, 9 gallons of gas we was running 30.5 I am very pleased on how my boat performs just need to figure out how to solve my bouncing problem when im running by myself. Any help would be appreciated. |

just put some weight up front. doesnt matter what. Most times i just put my cooler up front. it shouldnt porpoise at all in shallow water though. |

I had 9 gallons of gas, a case of beer with ice in 60qt k2, and a dewalt radio and it didn't help much. When I have a passenger they have to ride way up front behind the deck. Gonna try welding a little bead on each side on the bottom and see how that goes. |

Is your gas tank in the front if not that will make a big diffrence and also your batteries if anything your boat will get on step faster by moving all that to the front as long as you dont put 25 gallons off gas |
