Post started painting
Started the painting process today. Looks good so far. How may coats do I need? 1 coat looks good just wanna make sure it last. It has some holidays but once I came it you won't be able to see them.

I will be honest. I didn't even look at your paint job. The avatar distracts me every time. Lol

Holidays?
Looking good. I put three coats of base on my boat then camo. If you sprayed id say two more. If you rolled it, one more coat should be plenty.
Be sure to sand and clean it between coats.

I sprayed two coats then camouflaged then flat clear. Held up like a champ.

Sent from my bag phone.

I went with one coat because I rolled it pretty heavy. Then the stencils. Not as good as I hoped but looks decent.

Yea that's what I said. I'm not really happy with it. I used stencils and due to the rib down the sides it don't allow them to sit flat. Therefore instead of a good clean line it's fuzzy

Styx river shadow grass stencils. Used black, tan, brown, OD green and a lighter green. Did three different passes with the grass stencil to give it some depth.

next time your boat on its side it will help the stencil lay more flat. take a metal coat hanger and press it on the spots its doesnt lay flat like around the crimp in the side. will make the lines crisp.

I had it on its side but didn't know about the clothes hanger. I tried with my hand but just painted my fingers
