 Prodigy does it again! 1854
This is the latest Prodigy 1854 FishTail. Dual rear boxes, recessed braces, Catwalks, storage trays underneath, integral cup holders, speaker boxes under the front deck. I love this boat! Its going to be sweet when it's turfed out with matching turf. Congrats Cale on your new rig. Sorry, but mine looks a lot like it..

Re: Prodigy does it again! 1854
I could be the only dude on his second prodigy....I've purchased a boat a year for the past 3 seasons, the wife says I have an effed up addiction and I have got to keep this one at least 3 yrs....I don't see the problem ! 3/16 is gonna be a heavy bitch. I was doing 32 in my 1854 last year w/ a 45 Black Death. But it was .125 I get in too many stumps (a damn bunch of em) to have a boat that big loaded with honey bunn eaters and not run 3/16

If there is one thing that prodigy doesnt mind at all, and that is change orders. Give em a call and tell them to change the motor. It's not too late, I promise.

Re: Prodigy does it again! 1854
Nice rig Dr.d and that 45 BD will push it great. I run 27 deep water with mine with 4 people, dogg and cooler. Over 30 with me and the dogg. Faster in the skinny stuff so don't fret about the performance! Lol
As for Cale looks like ya beat me to I bro! Lol I been thinking of tracing in my version 2.0 for a 6.1! Lmao Nice rig as well.

Re: Prodigy does it again! 1854
I don't know if you've seen how the drop deck models tie together back there or not nasty but that's why that back plate rides lower. The gunnel cap usually comes down all the way to the end of the deck. Due to the fact that the pro deck and the fish tail don't have as much space on the decks for dogs etc he just stops the gunnel cap off.
I'd say the rest of the boat makes up for it in "looks". I don't see a problem with it at all. It's just the way it's made....
