Post Avery Quick set with a LT MM ?
I have an Avery Quick set and a LT MM. The blind will not lay flay on the boat now. I know Avery used to sell a mud motor conversion kit, but it does not look like it is available any more. Has anyone tried just removing a portion of the rear bar so the blind can lay flat? Will the blind still be stable if I do remove a section of the rear bar? Does anyone have anyone have any pictures of the mud motor conversion kit installed on the blind they could post? Any other ideas other then buying a new blind.

Thanks

I cut the rear bar on my Avery quick blind. I made it so I can install it when the blind is up and remove it when it's down. I used pins to hold it in place when its installed and the blind is up...kind of a pain though

I also thought of putting the rear bar on a hinge to swing it out of the way when I'm driving the boat...
