Need to install my light bars on a new boat. It's an F86 and I can't get to where the lights will bolt up. Thinking about making brackets and pop riveting the brackets in place the. Bolt up lights. Any ideas? |

This is what I did with my light bar. I welded down some aluminum channels drilled a hole though each and bolted it down. Easy to pull off when u don't need the light. 20140315_145501.jpg |

I just drilled a hole and used some stainless 1/4" sheet metal screws. Working great so far. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Rivets is what I was thinking. Thought about self tapping screws but some people tell me theirs have pulled out when riding in rough water. Thanks for teh reassurance. |

I just used a little bit of silicone on the 1/4" screws I used. I haven't had them loosen up at all |
