 Putting on Gator glide without taking the motor off

Post Putting on Gator glide without taking the motor off
yall got any tips for gator glide application without taking the motor off. Obviously, we need to lift it off the trailer, but i dont have a big shop or any way to lift it. any ideas?

Multiple people have used in the SETX. area and didn't have any trouble

Lift the front end and leave it on the trailer
