get the max it out OD - it's removable or it folds out of the way with the RAM mount it comes with - so far it has really taken a beating on my rig and works like a champ

The perko I posted is only 1/2" high. Those sea sense are 1". That perko is the lowest profile I have seen.

If you really want low profile, the Accon ones can flip down when not in use so they are level with the deck and the quality is top notch, but the price is sky high.
