I'm about to order a 18x54 prodigy with a 35 gtr anyone have a similar boat? How do you like and what kind of speeds are you getting. |

Have yet to hear a Prodigy owner say anything bad about them. Speeds will depend on what accessories you get put on the boat. |

I get 24 with a 1748 prodigy with a 27hp Kawa on the back. You'll be around 28-30 I would think with that rig. But my boat is pretty empty. |

I have an 1854 Prodigy with a 35 GTR and love it. Chad has done everything he said he would do and has been really helpful with some of my stupid questions after the fact. I saw two other Prodigy owners at the ramp opening weekend and they loved theirs as well (they had Mud Buddy motors on theirs). I have never run a Mud Buddy short tail but after using the GTR I don't see myself running anything else. It is amazing |

I've sold a few 1854 Prodigys with Gator Tails this year, but only one of them had a stock motor on it. My customer said it does 26 empty and 24 with a hunting load, which isnt too bad considering all the options he has in it. IMG_5387.JPG |

Forgot the speeds - Loaded with over 1100 pounds it will run a solid 26. With two hunters and gear and one large dog over 27. |

I have an 1854 with a Black Death 4400 on it. It will run 30 with just me, blind, dekes, gun, etc. Ran a 50 outboard on it for a hot minute and it did 30 plus as well. Bailed on the outboard idea before i got it adjusted out so no telling what it would have done configured correctly. Great boat, Zero complaints with it. |

Not sure why I am getting into this but here goes... 255 quarts dived by 4 x 8.33 pounds per gallon = 531 220 + 205 = 445 five gallon bucket x 8.33= 41.62 70 quart yeti = 30 45 quart yeti = 15 other two cheap coolers = +- 10 pounds 11 gallons of gas x 6 = 66 all that equals 1138.62 and does not include the misc. stuff in the boat. I really have no reason to lie about it. I was very surprised with how well it pushed it myself |

I stand corrected. I was not aware that water weighed 8.33# per gallon. Learn something new everyday. Sorry for doubting you. |
