I've been looking into a v-rake or hybrid rake. I've looked into a few options and noticed the GoDevil has a pointed bow with a semi v-rake.. Will this help the same as others or is it more cosmetic? I'd like a little help on choppy water and not sure if this is a good option or not |

It helps a little with breaking waves if ur boat plows into one.... But the v-nose is for bouncing off trees, banks, and obsticals in water.... It has a flat bottom wich curves up at bow..... I added a pic of my boat so u can seeImageUploadedByTapatalk1421807458.892261.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1421807473.155237.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The bow/rake doesn't sit in water.... Only surface in water is my mid to stern section..... A hybrid has a true v-bow which makes contact with chops and waves Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Go devil does not have a V-rake bow. It has a flat rake and a pointed bow. It doesn't help throw the spray out to the sides, but it does help get the boat around obstacles a little better. |
