After long research I think I may be narrowed down to a ProDrive setup. My question is what size combo will work best with the 36motor? I would prefer a 1754, but I could do 1748, 1754, 1848 or 1854. I generally run a very light load and only two guys but if one size is clearly a better choice I'd consider it. |

With that load, any of the above would be great. If you prefer a 1754, sounds like decision made. Lol |

Good to know. I would consider used if it was a good deal but didn't want to get the wrong size for me |

A 1748 is more than enough for 2 guys and a light load. A 36 hp motor would match up well. I might even go 1744 if you truly are going to keep things light. |

The only reason I want 54 is because ill be crossing bigger water and fishing out of it probably more than hunting in it, so the stability would be nice in the coastal marshes |
