^^ x2 it does look durable though, wonder how much it weighs a sheet, or is it sprayed a spray in type? |

Is that trolling motor bracket strictly for removal, or is it to slide the trolling motor back so that it doesnt hang off the bow when stowed? |

Pete that's awesome! I have the ipilot and hate the way it hangs over and the fact that I had to mount it on an angel. I you make a bolt on bracket so I could mount it strait down the starboard side Id buy it! |

Great idea on the trolling plate if be interested in getting one too if you start making them to sell. I have just the regular trolling motor plate. |

im interested in that bracket as well as i have one of these on my boat and hate how it sticks out. what prevents it from coming out of bracket when using trolling motor and keeps it from moving around while driving boat? could you send me pictures and price. i have the minn kota quick disconect mount as well if that makes a difference in way it set up |

Edit: Sorry. Didn't realize you were making these brackets to sell. Didn't mean to post a potential competitors product. Looks good btw! |

Another good looking boat. I really like the trolling motor bracket, and I think you may be busy building several more from the sound of everyone else. |

really quality build as usual Pete. Ive been in a boat with that safe flooring and its pretty hard. not near as plyable as hydroturf and $$$$$!!!!! I guess it would be good if you had a lot of traffic on it (charter boat) or similar. Seems like it may hold up to the elements over time a bit better just going off what I did happen to see. Either way around, I like it!!! |

Looks awesome. Did you add a little more rake to this boat? The lines on this boat are your best yet. |

This boat has 27" sides so the rake looks longer. We built another 2048 with 30" sides and a lot more stuff on it than this one with stage 2 GTR and still runs 30 mph with light load. This one has PD EFI with head work for now. Will have more done to it after it gets some run time. 2048 is an awesome all around boat for carrying a load, running big water and still not loose the ability to run tight stumpy areas like we have. The other 2048 I mentioned with 30" sides, that boat is also CC and the owner takes it in the Arkansas timber multiple times a year hunting. He definitely says it's not ideal for that but he said it still does great, just have to know how to drive. I've run a 2048 for 5 years and will never have anything different for the majority of the places we run. The only time it's nice to have a smaller boat around here is in really tight timber or small sloughs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
