Wondering what size beaver tail blind to get?? I have a 14 foot Jon boat but it is really wide!!! At the widest spot it is 68" and the blind for a 14 to 15 foot boat says it will go up to 60" wide!!! Wondering if it will fit alright any input would be nice!!! Thanks much!!!

could someone give me a length of the poles or i guess how long the blind is that mounts on to the boat of the 1600? i know it fits 15 to 17 foot but need to know the length... any info would be great!!! thanks

The blind where it attaches to the boat from back to front is 10 foot. It will fit as narrow as 48 wide and not sure on how wide but my boat is 74 inches and it will open a little wider. I have the 1600. The material is almost not long enough for my 17 foot boat because it is square nose. You should go with the 1600

jjwmudman where you from I have both 1400 and 1600 new in box haven't tried they out yet our even opened up boxes if you want to get together try each one out you welcome to see what fits better

Beavertail finally emailed me back... And the frame size is the same on the 1400 and 1600... Just the 1600 is wider when set up I guess... So thanks everyone hope this helps anyone that has the same problem down the road!!!
