Found an 09 1744 Gator trax with huntdeck and a 09 35hp mudbuddy with 375 hours. Boat looks good no dents or hooks nothing fancy needs paint and has trolling motor and hydro turf. Motor seems to be clean just a bunch of hours. He is asking $9000obo what's yalls input?

Huh.. tough question. I feel for 9K you could find a different brand hull and a MUCH better motor. Gator trax seem to hold the $$$ value well so he's probably not that far off on his price point. If it is as clean as you say and it's what your after i may try to get my ducks in a row for cash and see how serious he really is about moving it. if he came down to 7.5 or 8K could be a different conversation. no way your not putting money into the motor SOON and that's where my thoughts would lie. Id rather have a lesser brand hull and a motor i know has life in it. there is also the buy the hull and flip the motor idea too... especially if he comes off the asking price. you could get back to 9-10k range and have a much better motor on the back if you played it right.
