 1846 GT boat rebuild
I got the boat on here for 8k with a stage 2 with 350 hrs. on a 1846 gt boat. I went in with a buddy and I paid 4k for the boat and trailer and he paid 4k for the engine. We got a steal I though for a 2009 set up. It needed love and a lot so we got after it. here are some pictures of the beginning and add ons I did. still in the process of turfing the boat. i'll keep yall updated.

 Re: 1846 GT boat rebuild
so I took the 1846 hull repaired several cracks in the bottom and electrolysis was bad up front by the dual batteries. I added a side console with cup holder and 6 panel switches and a perko switch. 3 inch catwalks, a bigger front compartment with a aluminum lid. rewired everything for my 3 rigid dualies up front and shark eyes. installed bilge pump and back running light on motor. still have to install the cabin lights. installing the turf now and its tough as a one man job.

 Re: 1846 GT boat rebuild
Also adding a cup holder in the console and running lights under the catwalks. gonna turf the catwalks, too. adding trolling motor and polling platform.

Wish they made that size in an extreme hull.

Turned out great. Just curious on how sharing the boat is. Does your buddy get it every other weekend, only during the week, etc.?

 Re: 1846 GT boat rebuild
Are the catwalks 3in total? Or is there some original gunnel that makes it 3+ ?
