 "Trim Pods?"
I have seen countless threads on forums about the angle of flotation pods for permanent installation. Has anyone tried an "adjustable pod?" Think of what a trim tab is, but instead of a tab, make that a pod. You can lift them up to get them out of the way when needed, then trim them exactly right when you are running. Just a thought.

 Re: "Trim Pods?"
Raising them up a 1/2" or so to get them out of the water while on plane sounds easier and more practical.

 Re: "Trim Pods?"
Neat idea but when would you want to lift them up... at speed?
Without a fancy hydraulic system, anything I am picturing (turnbuckles or pins) seems like a lot of work.

 Re: "Trim Pods?"
You may want to lift them up in when you are wading a boat in or out of a spot or something. I dunno.
