Looking at mounting a couple nice comfy boat seats in my boat. Seems tuff to do because of the thin sheet metal over the ribs! I would like them to be sturdy enuff to survive any sudden stops do to driver error. Who makes sum nice boat seats with arm rest and cup holders?

Portable bases are the best in my opinion. You can move them around to adjust for weight distribution and leave them behind if you don't need them. Adding fixed bases after the fact doesn't seem to be too easily done.
