Has anyone ever tried to run an outboard with a mudmotor side by side? I'm seriously considering this. I would run outboard to my hunting spot approx. 15-20 miles and if or when I need a mudmotor I would put it down. Where I hunt the tide can be a pain and I can use a mudmotor. I love being able to cruise behind a windshield at 40 MPH when conditions are right. I am running a 115 Yamaha outboard and would try a 35 hp mudmotor. I hunt a WMA otherwise I would use a larger motor. Any thoughts?

Seen it on a few boats outboards with long tails. I would imagine it would work depending on your what u gotta go thru.
