For you guys that have the excel f4 or f86 with the 5086 alloy! How does it hold on the excel with stumps and what not! What are likes and dislikes about it! Just want some input! How does it take rough water?! Etc. I don't want to hear anything about your past experiences with the company! I don't want to hear everyone's bullshit. Thanks |

Boat has nice features. Turns great. Rides good in chop. Boat very heavy. If u run a lot of stumps either idle or go with a custom 3/16 bottom boat Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I like my excel, good layout, looks nice, just heavy. Would I buy another one? NO. It would hands down be a Prodigy |

I like mine. 1751 F86. It's got a seam down the middle. IT IS A 2 PIECE HULL. A one piece or 3 piece would be better but that's not what it is. I cannot give feedback on stumps and such. I've hit a good few already with no dents but haven't had it but a month. I am very satisfied with the fit and finish though. |

The rake of the hull is very well braced and will take impacts well, however the back near the transom (the other impact area) is not braced as well. Stringers are spaced too far apart for stumps. If you run stumps, you will end up flipping it over and filling the hooks. If you run stumps, get a boat with as many stringers as you can put in there. Its the distance between the stringers which allows deflection. Doesn't mater if its 5052, 5086, or even 3/16 thick- it will deflect in stumps. Prodigy or Gator Trax will make you a hull with a pile of stringers in it. |

5052 dents easier, and the aluminum seems to stretch. 5086 doesn't dent as easy, but it will usually develop a hair line crack at bottom of dent. That's what we've seen. |
