 Gatorglide on snow
Gatorglide question #742
Who knows how it works on snow?
Yes, snow can be sticky on the bottom of a boat. Usually wet snow is the prob just in case anyone is wondering.

 Re: Gatorglide on snow
Put it on a sled first and find out ! Bet that baby will fly !!! Should do just as well as GG does in thick Nast mud IMO. Good luck !

 Re: Gatorglide on snow
Not a bad idea!
My next boat will have it on it either way.

 Re: Gatorglide on snow
Good idea to try it on something smaller but I bet it will be slicker than greased owl shit!

 Re: Gatorglide on snow
I just sold Alyeska (the Alaskan pipeline)their forth order of GG. They usually get 20 gal at a time 1/2 GatorBase and 1/2 GatorGlide G2. They use it on their snow removal equipment and have for the last 5 years. I have it on rescue airboats, mud boats and personal airboats all over the country and Canada. Only one guy has said the ice still build on it but said it comes off easily. Not sure what that means. Could be conditions or maybe the way he applied it but I'm guessing.

 Re: Gatorglide on snow
I slid my boat off the trailer and down a beach ramp covered in snow and almost lost the boat it was sliding so fast. It was extremely cold crusty crunchy snow though.
