Post subject:  Anyone run havoc boats?

Bro in law is in love with havoc boat he wants to buy . Iv never rode in one but he drove it the other day and said it handles smooth with a 35 mb sd . Any pros or cons ?. Seem high as hell to me

I'm not sure about running one with a mm but I've run one with a modded outboard and it ran pretty good. It's like a sports car compared to a regular old pick up in handling but it rode smooth with two of us in it it was the 1550DB

Yeah not many people run them where I'm from nw tn but ones iv seen online look to fancy to really wanna hunt and abuse . He ran it in the river the other day and said it whipped around ditches and corners on a dime

It will lots of the younger guys here in Arkansas run them because how fast they are and how well they handle in the timber. I looked at the mst model but it was out of my price range

Hell yeah it is, you better shit gold in order to afford one . . Personally I have a 1752 alweld true flatbottom and love it . I could care less about turning but he has a 1548 seark with a 23 hp mud buddy sd and it's on a 20 in transom and it blows dick . It gets stuck everywhere shallow but will run in twentys in deep water . Iv been telling him to let me cut transom and think about pods cause its just the wrong boat so he's thinki ng about buying another

I'm running a gtr on a weldbilt 1648v getting 28 out of it and it handles good compared to a true flat bottom

Naw it's just a standard model . Iv got a 27 mb lt and it's all I need . It will push a heavy load 17 mph and drafts shallow shit
