im wanting to add a removable extended deck for my bowfish rails. would like to see clean ways that this has been done. going on a GTR xtreme boat. perfer to not build legs going to ground so underneath is still clear for fuel tank

1" flatbar welded to gunnel. Let it sit on top of it.

I'll snap a few pics of mine. Got them straight from GT

Build it like a scaffold board so it will sit on the gunnel. Install a couple of revnuts in the gunnel to secure it with bolts. will be clean when removed. You might could even buy a plank, take the ends off and miter it to fit and reinstall the ends.

Here are a few pics that I have on my phone. These came from GT and seem plenty sturdy.

Extended decks out.

Extended decks in.

The deck just lays across the catwalks and is held in place by rivnuts. It's braced on the bottom and has been plenty sturdy for 3-4 people.
