Does anyone have any experience with a 16x30 godevil duck skiff powered by a 16hp longtail? Need some info before I pull the trigger How well does it draft? Is it stable? How well does it handle shallow water? |

that is narrow. very narrow. would be decent for transport but not the best for hunting out of. |

You get used to it , I take mine places I shouldn't. I know Woodiebuster on here said it's the first time he felt like a Vietnamese longtail hot rodder, after driving my rig, big water with big waves will be your enemy , creeks rivers and swamps, It's perfect . H Finn |

You guys think I could put a swomp 23 on it? Same weight as a godevil 16hp R should I just build a 16x38 duckskiff clone for a 23? With square chimes not rounded |

My buddy had one with a 23 mb surface drive on it. Wasn't too much motor for the boat. Worked well, actually. I wouldn't have wanted less on it. |

Huck's boat was prolly the scariest fucking boat I've ever been in, with that said it'd be the ticket hunting in the woods or somewhere you need to Manhandle the boat around. I'd run one without hesitation Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
