Brand new here and I am trying to learn a lot. I have a 2015 35hp go devil surface drive. How are you guys trailering the motor. I'm used to outboards and don't really know how to secure the motor during travel. Thanks and looking forward to chatting with you guys. |

Just put a rope around the handle. Use something like a pad eye that is on the floor of your boat. The motor is balanced very well, and it wont hurt anything. That's how ive always done it. |

I use a ratchet strap, works fine. I never liked the way godevil says to do it. |

If it's on a godevil boat just use the rope that's attached to the floor. I got rid of the over the boat rope and use boat buckles in the back. Trailered 500 miles at highway speed last weekend and zero problems Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
