I know a lot of folks on this forum know boat builders, or build them. I have called all around my area and you would think an easy find but no. I'm looking to make some changes to my 1856 GD (1996) and need 2 pieces 6" X 36" 1/8 thick. I have sheets of 1/8 but not 5086 and since I use it in salt water only I want to go that way. Any suggestions, or leads. Thanks much, Wayne |

Hey, I'm in North jersey. Try r.s. Philips supply. They're a little west but they do carry alot of material. |

Order from onlinemetals.com or somewhere like that. They're a tad high, but shipping is usually reasonable. There are some other sites that may be a bit cheaper. |

Np. They've done me right in the past with a couple orders. Glad it helped. |

What are you trying to do with it? Close in a tapered transom? If not, You don't need 5086 if you're not doing anything to the bottom of the boat. 5052 is great for anything else and much cheaper. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
