 Backwater 35 boat size???
I am buying a 35 backwater used from a friend of mine. What size boat should I get? I'm going with alweld. Long and narrow or can I have a wider bottom like 1756 or 1860?

 Re: Backwater 35 boat size???
I run the 37 LS on a 20x60 alumaweld with 28" sides, I wish it was alittle smaller but it runs 21 mph with 2 people and gear. I want a 16' to 18' with 48" to 60" width. Without the 28" sides difficult to get in standing in mud lol.

 Re: Backwater 35 boat size???
I have a 35 LS on an 18/48. 18 mph with a hunt load and 3 people. As stated above, some people run them on wider boats and they seem to do just fine.
