 Rust?
I recently bought a 27 kohler mud buddy. It has about 25 hours on it. I did buy it used. Today I took the upper rear cover off, the one over the clutch. The housing was full or rust dust. The belt and everything was just covered in dust. Is this normal? Is the lower just not sealed we'll enough and water is coming in and rusting the pulley? First mud motor I have owned, so help me out.

 Re: Rust?
dust ? i know after some odd hours when i had my mud buddy you needed to check the belt tension , and shine a light down into the housing to make sure its setting correctly on the lower part of the drive .
