 Out drive has play in it My out drive on my mud buddy 35 has a little play in it. Could this be the cause of breaking belts? It's not terrible but I'm assuming a bearing has gone out.

Re: Out drive has play in it Hell, you already have it off, so change the bearings. That's a lot of rust, so they are probably bad or going bad.
With that said, the wear pattern on your lower pulley looks off and the teeth look worn. If I were you, I'd call Andy (Boatdr) and talk to him about it.
