 Re: Big blade or tiger?
Tiger props are for longtails I believe.
Need to go back to the big blade I would think.
Sent from my beeper.

Re: Big blade or Hammer ??
I have a hammer prop on a stage 2 GTR.
I like the prop for longevity alone. Speed wise it is slower, hole shot, reverse, is a little better. Can't really tell if it carries a load better or not.
Your motor is going to need some big nuts in order to swing it. I'd say cam and heads are a must.

Re: Big blade or Hammer ??
My brother turns the hammer fine and he has heads, carb, intake, muffler. The hammer is a litte slower on the top end but performs better in all other categories over the big blade.

Re: Big blade or Hammer ??
I have a hammer on a 55 mag and it's awesome in the mud. Boat still runs 30 with a load.
Also motor was gear'd for the prop
