Have a 2014 mud buddy 3500
Unit has 15 hours on it. Have noticed lately that after use, when I turn the prop by hand I hear and feel a rough scratching sound. Thought at first there was some fishing line wrapped up behind the prop. Removed prop, all good. Traced the sound up to where the motor shaft connects to the clutch (where the belt rides) inside the rear housing. Everything looks fine, the clutch was still god hot after sitting for thirty mins. Is this normal for these? The sound goes away once the unit is room temp.
