That seems pretty close to what I was running with stock pitch your boat should be at least 2 mph faster with those mods add 1 thing at a time! Don't add cup and pitch at the same time they can cause poor results in the wrong order.

I got my tuned prop back from baggy. He added an 1" pitch and some cup. Speed wise it added only 0.5 mph to my top end at empty, but nothing under load. Things I can notice,...much more spray (maybe from the cup??), top speed rpms dropped of rev limiter (now at 4500 to 4600 empty top speed), dropped 100 to 200 rpm for all loads. Things I think I notice - slight more vibration. Overall cost including shipping - $140. Baggy was good to work with, but expect some delay since he is busy and talked with others (at PD) to get you best option.

Maybe does better in mud with more cup, but I cant test that. My biggest gain IMO is getting me off rev limiter and back around 4500, so I'm pitched in safer range. But no big speed increase.

This test I ran it way overloaded, about 1200lbs and still got about 21-22 mph, so great for bowfishing. Still love my added e5, but wish my new muffler was a little quiter.

I've been running the 2 blade on a stock gen 3 for a while. If you are looking to gain speed the 2 blade won't help. Speedwise my 2 blade and 3 blade run the same EMPTY. The 2 blade beats the 3 blade in everything else though. It gets on top faster, its 10x better in mud, lilies, shallow, etc, I run faster with a load with it, overall my motor handles better with the 2 blade it doesn't slip and blow out as much when in thick stuff, taking off, turning and so on.

Baggy added some cup and pitch to my 3 blade and it is a much better prop now. Hardly any slip when hammering on it and it jumps on step instantly. Running about 28-29 mph at 4500-4600 rpm

Any speed gain? On my two blade he added 1" pitch and some cup. The only measurable is 1/2 mph at no load and nothing fully loaded. My two blade never blew out before, and still does great, but only run deep water and swamp/grass. It does put out more spray, maybe the cup? I was going to send in my 3 blade, but not sure now.

Waking this thread up from the dead. What did anyone learn in 6 years? I’ve acquired my gen 3 efi back that I bought new and it still won’t step my big boat with a full load.
