I am turning a godevil 12x12 with a Honda 24 with a 1.47:1 reduction. I am getting 24 mph with i person and 22.5 with 2 people. Enige runs 3850 rpms ligth load arouond 3600 load 2 people or more. Just wondering if I go with an 12x10 double cupped would dig better and maybe gain speed with rpm gains. From what I am reading my speeds are actually really good for a 24 hp surface drive. So any advice from experienced prop swappers appreciated, Thanks. |
