I've got a 15hp go devil longtail with a smaller 3 blade prop.. Should I switch to a 2 blade, or just leave this one on there? It's only got about an inch to an inch and 3/4 space between the prop and cavitation plate.. Will i see a difference in performance or speed with a slightly bigger 2 blade?

I got a kohler 25hp and it came with a 3 blade on it. I got a 2 blade because they quit making the 3 blade for a longtail, but what I can tell you from my experience is that the 3 blade was much faster especially out in open water, but go-devil suggest you use the 2 blade if your running in mud the majority of the time. I hunt in a lake that is taken over by hydrilla and lilly pads with alot of deep water so I wish I could find another 3 blade just to get me there a little quicker, but I do like the 2 blade when im in the small shallow creeks.

I'd bet that 3 blade is worn, I dont know of anybody that makes em any more so a 2 blade will be about your only option.
