Thanks guys but I am not in need of a prop just yet. I purchased a tulip style a while back. Could this prop be rebuilt and re-cupped to match my motor after I do a stage 1?

$80 is an average depending on what shape it's in.

what are the pros and cons of having one rebuilt vs. getting a new one. Are there any other than money?

Pros- you got a like new prop again and saved money doing it.

Cons- you can sling a blade once it is rebuilt.

What I would do is buy another brand new prop and have your old one re built for a spare.

Can someone post a phone number or other contact information for the guy/shop who rebuilds mud motor props? I'm a yankee up north and don't have anyone around here who even knows what a mud prop is, let alone someone who can rebuild one.
