/\ Yep, you can see the chain fall in front of the prop, prolly how they pulled it onto the shaft.

Might want to get a larger bottom pulley and trim it up alittle so you can get a few more rpm's. I think that's the key to get the most from that prop.

I figured you guys could help to get this thing running right, thanks for the help fellas! And yup that's a chain on top of it, to hook the chain falls and coma a longs to pull it on that little 14" shaft
