Running a 9x6 GD longtail prop. Have NO complaints shows no wear after 25hrs with some mud use. Getting ready for this season and have been tossing around the idea of a spare wheel. Hate to spend the extra $$ on a GD Brand, but I have been a loyal customer and am a little sceptical about the other brands for 80 dollars less. Just wondering and I have had great service and support from go devil and could not ask for more. Who keeps a spare wheel? Do I need one when I live a little over an hour from Go Devil in BR, could just drive up drop off old wheel for refurb and pick up a new Go Devil wheel. I usually get it in the *ss when I try to save money. Thanks for the input. |

Just get the spare from them. That hour drive ain't bad and it's worth it for the service. I got a new prop and they didn't charge me a penny more than the 260 it's listed at and they swapped it. |

I have twice got it in the A$$ this month once from MB and the other from Bblades/leading edge... Check my post with pics in this forum. Stick with GD the shipping back on both props would have paid the difference in price for the more expensive GD prop. |

Yeh, I usually end up spending more trying to be cheap!! Try to tell the wife that but she is always trying to use coupons for Sh*t we don't use or need. Have a drawer full of razors and soap noboby wants. Go Devil has been great to me and the wheel I have seems tough as nails. thanks for the help it seems so many people knock GD but everyone has there opinions. It would be a boring world if we all drove ????? cars right? |

i'll be the oddball here then: I bought and used BackwaterInc props and loved them. They held up great, excellent speeds, and they back their products 100% If any issues (much like GD, BBlades, Hill...) they make it right I'd buy a BackwaterInc prop in a heartbeat. Why spend $100 more on a prop? We go through them all fast anyways - save some cash - and still get a great prop out of it. Whats with all this 'loyalty' talk??? I ran a Go Devil engine with a BW prop for a looooooong time. I know guys that run GD SD with PD props... and visa versa... |
