Post welded my prop up
We welded the prop back to original diameter with stainless filler added cup and balanced it I'm trying it tomm my prop guys builds some wicked props for our drag boats and he worked his magic on this one also

Use chromoly filler it works best working good for me so far

Were do you get that from and how did you weld it? With a mig if so what kind of wire?

Cause bigger rod welds faster you can use smaller up to you

To soft i think next time I do it ill try a hard facing rod like tool steel
