 PD Prop bushing
In most cases when the prop is removed the taper bushing will remain in the prop. To remove the bushing use vise grip pliers or channel locks as shown below to compress the bushing and twist slightly....Tried this just not working. Any special way of getting this bushing out or trick. This is my first PD any help would be great.

Old prop took it off to grease everything.

Get a bigger pair of pliers, if there is enough bushing sticking out of the prop, you can squeeze it and get it out, if not drill a hole in the bushing directly across from the groove that is already in it the lentgh of the bushing (basically drilling another grove on the other side) it will come out easy then.
