I got a big blade that is lucky if it measures 11"
I ran it until a new one came in. Performance sucked

As far as wear on a prop, how long can you run them down, I have a 36pd, got a new prop waiting that measures 12.5". The one on the boat is down to about 11.8-11.9". Can I keep going or should I change it out? |

The pd props loose performance with minimal wear. |
