Post 35 gtr prop removal
What's the torque setting for the 35GTR prop. Saw the you tube video. Seems simple.

Is the torque setting not really critical for the prop ?

Also what size is the nut 1" ?

My wrench is a 1 1/16"or 1 1/8" not sure it's been a long time since I look at my wrench and it rusted so can't tell lol. As for as tighten it up crank it down tight and give it a few hits with a Mallet or as you seen the way I do it with your hand. Be aware I don't have little pussy hands lol

Purchased a spare prop and thinking of keeping it in the boat. Needed a way of changing the prop in the water.

You boys keep a spare prop in the boat. Is that overkill ?

You are not coming in on one blade on a mud motor.

When you sling a blade, it feels like the whole fucking motor and lower unit is about to come unhinged.
