On a prodrive when do yall replace your prop ? My prop is getting out 11-1/4 and I have lost around 3 miles per hour and the rpms up . So I am thinking I need a new one again .

You're missing over an inch dude. That prop is shot... surprised it will even get you on step.

:lol: This is the third one in two years with only 75 hours on the motor . Its sandy and hard bottom up here . I guess I will order a new one :P
