Are y'all having to loosen the engine mount bolts and temp shim motor to allow enough play in the belt to get the shaft housing out? |

I find it easier to pull reverse and transmission and just slip off belt on top. Therefore it's easy to reset bottom when re installing |

Another question..... What am I missing here, trying to pull the lower belt gear off so I can access the bearing and seals. I have removed the allen bolts and she is not budging. Any tips would be appreciated before I start beating it with a hammer. Thanks! |

Did u screw the Allen bolt In the opposite hole to Push the gear off the taper lock? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Ok got the gear, race, and the snap ring out the way....now fighting with the seal |

Alright got the lower unit back together and ready to put back on. Just need to pull tran/rotor for belt slack and really not sure how...do i start with removing the bolt in center of rotor? |

Center bolt comes out, pull planetary out then five or six Allen heads to remove other section of planetary, pull belt off. Locktite during reassembly Sent from my shitty cell |
