To push a loaded boat faster do you need to go up prop size or down prop size. Turning right at 4100rpm at wot on a 23 vanguard basically stock with exhaust intake and smaller head gaskets. Don't want a 35 because of weight so that's not the answer. Runs awesome with two people and gear but 3 or 4 people it won't even get on plane. |

Reducing either pitch r diameter will increase rpm helping to step a load better every setup is different. |

but remember by not too increase pitch too much to over rev. motor. try shifting load too mid shift. it helped me a lot on heavy loads |

I have an 11x10 on it now. Would A 10x8 would slow me down alot on top end? that's a big pitch changed seems like |

U can pitch down that 11" to a 9 r an 8 |
