It's normal for them to get faster once you wear them in a little.

I got one recently didn't loose any but didn't gain any from my old polished prop I think it measured 11 1/2 but after a nights or 2 of digin I did get I little faster with a load

Should be 12" new. If its 11.5" it's shot. Kinda like a niggas checkbook.
