does tiger props from mudbuddy really make a different???
I'm looking at upgrading my one season old mud motor prop inc. Prop that came with my beavertail 20hp LT. To a tiger prop from mud buddy or backwater prop. Do one of the two really make a "big" different in performance? I'm looking for more speed and more dig out of this motor and lower unit. My setup is an 1754 tracker grizzly with beavertail pods and a beavertail LT 20hp. 2-3 hunters, gear and 2 Chesapeake Bay retrievers. Thanks guys

The tiger will push better in the mud and last longer but prolly won't give a whole lot of speed my.02

Re: does tiger props from mudbuddy really make a different??
^X2 Our experience with the 24LT was the tiger was best for mud out of all our different props over the years. I say mud, but it was a hard clay type. Soft for 3-5 inches, harder underneath. It liked when we found softer spots, but did pretty well even with the hard stuff. I don't remember having to drag that boat hardly any as long as the prop wasnt worn. And as much as i hate dragging a boat, I remember every time I've ever had to lol

I have never used whatever b a c k w a t e r has, it may be as good or better, but the tiger is worth your money. Talk to bw, boatdr or laprop to get more details.

I owned a backh20 motor and have recommended them to all my Longtail buddies when they are searching for a good prop. Back when I had my Longtail it wash truly weedless. If you are hesitant call Arlon. But I can promise you won't be disappointed they make different sizes for all hp
