So went run around the hunting lease motor went into reverse fine all morning. Went to back out to head home and all the hydro pump would do is hum when I hit the rocker switch for the foot to rotate 180 and if I'd hit the swith the other way nothing what so ever. What ya think this could be?? |

Checked all connections even swapped out the switch and still did the same thing. No other symptoms what so ever worked fine the rest of the day. |

Mine did this a while back. Get a buddy, let him hit the switch and you help it turn around. What I found was my washer alignment wasn't right and it was binding up. I also found a few grease zerts that I missed. I greased the shit out of everything that touches and rubs together. You can also disconnect the ram from the gear and operate it manually. Its just one bolt, but atleast you will see if something is binding up. If all is good, check the fluid level, if that's good, while the ram is unbolted from the gear, operate the hydraulics. If the ram moves, then all your greasing and shit works and you broke free whatever was binding it up. If the ram doesn't move, then eith a bad switch (which you changed) or the seals in the reverse ram are bad and its leaking by. |

My auto reverse needs me to help it get started. PD told me to change orings on the hydraulic cylinder. I plan to do that this week. |
