I have a new GTR 37 with a 3 blade prop, it runs ok, but I had a guy with a 2 blade powertech, old polished style, 10p smoke me the other day. We met up a the landing and he was telling me how much he preferred the 2 blade over the 3 and how much more power he has in reverse. I've checked with GT and they say that you can't get those props anymore, so is there a shop that can possibly do something with my 3 blade to help it perform better? |

Get them to work a 2 blade. A worked 3 blade will still be a 3 blade. The old powertechs are probably the fastest props but wear horrible. A big blade tweaked is a very good blade for the 37. I run the same with a tweaked bb as I did with the 3 blade. But it doesn't bog in mud/grass, and does much better with a load. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk |
