Yeah, not normal. Time to pull the shaft and see. Probably bearings, but could be the taper lock on the gear. |

Bearings were recently replaced so I'm guessing it's the taper lock. How hard is that to replace? |

Not good I would pull it apart and check. There is a good post about replacing it, I'll see if I can find it. |
