I have boss 37 efi on 18 ft tracker grizzly blinduck I have the hammer prop on it loaded with 3 guys and gear I have to turn 4600 rpms to get 20 mph is there a difference prop I should try or dose boss drive have different gears to try in drive |

You either need to trim down or buy a new boat. No way you should have enough prop slip to turn an 11 pitch prop 4600 rpm and only run 20 mph. Even if its burned up |

With 2 ppl and just a cooler I can run 24 mph at 4400 rpm |

It's a 37efi with barracuda kit and it is the hammer prop |
