what are the advantages and disadvantages for both? mud, top end, holeshot, and load carrying |

3 blade will give better holeshot and load carrying capabilities and 2 blade will be better in the mud and have more top end. it depends on what you use your boat for |

I watched Blake change his prop 4 times out in Port Neches on Sunday. He is sending his 3 blade back the 2 blade did better in the mud and they have a lot of that out there. He was solo during these tests then picked up Josh after he got to the area. |

When people ask --- 3 blade or big blade?? I wish those that reply would reference "which Brand and model" they have compared ! ! ! As we now have a variety of 3 blades and at least two that are called a big blade ! ! ! On my tunnel hull I tested 3 different - 3 blades of exactly the same pitch before I found "the one" --- and it was very noticably superior to the others --- there is a lot of very subtle science in props ! ! ! |

as WEA said i ran the 3 blade it did good on the open water and runnin across mud bud if u stop with it your fucked..i changed from the 3 blade to the BB in the same place the 3 blade wouldnt get up and walked off with my 2 blade..i will be givin the 3 blade back to chops when i get ahold of him |
