Post subject:  35 GDSD BUSTED SHAFT HOUSING

My shaft housing busted on me the last day of season,when I hit something and busted a flute off my prop. I am planning on welding it up,and was wondering if there are any precautions I need to make while doing it,and how to check the shaft.

I welded it up,everything came out fine. Ran it yhe other night up there at old and lost,and found a little mud to play in.c'mon Saturday

It broke in the only spot thats wasn't supported,I welde# some stainless braces in there now,so it shouldn't happen again,.
